Shipping

Weatherization Supply fills and ships orders Monday through Saturday except for the following holidays:  New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  We offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and order weight.  Most orders for in-stock products ship the same day if received prior to 1:00 pm ET for UPS Ground and Fedex Ground shipments. Orders designated as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air received by 1:00 pm ET will ship the same business day. Ground orders received after 1:00 pm will ship the next business day. USPS Priority Mail Orders will ship the next business day.  We will send you tracking information for your order for your convenience.

Backorders

Although we strive to be in an in-stock position for all products we offer, we occasionally may not have a product you have ordered.  If the backordered product is part of a larger order, you have the option to ship in stock items and receive out of stock products in a separate shipment.  If you choose to backorder the missing product, we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products by e-mail.

Order Modifications/Cancellations

Customers wishing to change or cancel orders should call 770-757-5237.

General Product Returns

Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is damaged or otherwise needs to be returned, please contact Weatherization Supply for a return authorization.  We will send you a return authorization form and arrange for prepayment of return mailing charges (please do not send returns back to us COD).  Please return the item(s) in original packaging, and include the return authorization form inside the package.

• Eligible Time Period: 30 days from delivery date
• Non-Eligible Products: caulks, foams, mastic, tapes, items altered or not in original condition, products without original packaging. 

Please pack returns to prevent further damage.  Upon receipt, a credit equal to the product purchase price will be issued to you through the same payment method you used to pay for the order.

Incorrectly Shipped Orders

Depending on the original method of shipment, we will either issue a prepaid return address label for you to return the incorrectly shipped merchandise. We will ship a new order for the correct merchandise immediately upon notification. 

Damaged Product Returns

If an order has arrived damaged please denote damage on the shipping companies manifest.  Please notify Weatherization Supply immediately at 770-757-5237.  Please keep all packaging material for carrier and Weatherization Supply inspection.  Weatherization Supply will replace the product(s) at no charge.

Defective Product Returns

Please notify Weatherization Supply at 770-757-5237 immediately when a product you have installed or have been otherwise using has failed.  Weatherization Supply will gather facts regarding the product failure and negotiate with the manufacturer for a replacement unit or full refund.  Replacement.refunds will depend largely on the manufacturer’s warranty. If the product fails during the manufacturer's product warranty, but after one year from the purchase date, Weatherization Supply may refer you to the manufacturer for replacement or refund of the failed product.
